The Resort at Pelican Hill welcomes requests for charitable donations, with preferred priority given to local and educational organizations, in alignment with our company’s core values. Before submitting your request below, kindly review the following requirements:
- Upload an official written request letter on the organization’s letterhead with background on the organization, event details and deadline for participation.
- Eligible organizations must be currently registered under 501(c)(3) status with the IRS.
- All information requested below is required for consideration.
In the request form below, please accurately select your event’s auction format from the following definitions:
- Live Auction: auctioneer interacting with an audience to take real-time bids until the highest bidder wins
- Silent Auction: passive bidding at table display (or online) for a limited time period without an auctioneer
